Trainer Philosophy

I love pushing people a little further than what they think they are capable of.  I spent most of life self-doubting myself therefore I want to give the gift of confidence to people I meet through fitness & life.   It fulfills my soul and in turn it produces results for my clients. I believe in training clients the way I want to be trained.  I need someone to push me, to believe in me, challenge me and that is what I will always do for my clients or training group wherever I go.  “If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you.”

Something to know About Me

I was born & raise from Honolulu, Hawaii.  I have a wonderful husband & son who supports all my extracurricular activities.  I’m a full time Accountant, I run my own Event Planning and still coach fitness classes. I’m the “Jill of all Trades” I love to decorate & clean my house, repurpose furniture, garden, and make flower arrangements & photography.  I love playing piano, hiking, yoga, pilates, high intensity interval training & Muay Thai.

Causes I Support

I advocate & volunteer when I can for those suffering from mental illness, depression, anxiety, bullying or suicidal, and women who suffer from PMDD (Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder). I volunteer as a Stephen Minister giving spiritual care to those going through tough times.  I truly believe that if you are suffering from mental illness that it affects your overall quality of life.
