Olivia specializes in striking, weight management, weight loss, strength and conditioning, and body shaping. With her nutritionist certification from ISSA, she’s very passionate about proper nourishment and teaching you how to have a healthy relationship with food to give you the energy and results you want. Olivia has been a certified personal trainer since 2012 and  acquired over 8 certifications from NESTA, ISSA and NASM. She has been a group instructor for boot camp and cycling classes for 9+ years. She is dedicated to helping you achieve a lifetime of balance with food and fitness for a full, sustainable, and enjoyable life.

 
 
 
Her love for Muay Thai and boxing motivates her to compete. If you’re interested in striking basics or even competition preparation, she’s a great coach for you. During her free time, Olivia enjoys dirt bike riding, roller skating, hiking, and snowboarding.
