Olivia specializes in striking, weight management, weight loss, strength and conditioning, and body shaping. With her nutritionist certification from ISSA, she’s very passionate about proper nourishment and teaching you how to have a healthy relationship with food to give you the energy and results you want. Olivia has been a certified personal trainer since 2012 and acquired over 8 certifications from NESTA, ISSA and NASM. She has been a group instructor for boot camp and cycling classes for 9+ years. She is dedicated to helping you achieve a lifetime of balance with food and fitness for a full, sustainable, and enjoyable life.
The dedication and passion that Paul has for helping you reach your goals is shown through his tough love of motivation. A prime example is that I actually started coming here a few years back but had to stop & over the years if I ever ran into Paul he was always encouraging me to come back. Overall, Reform Fitness is a great place to come sweat and be entertained by Paul's nonsense!
Best gym I've ever been apart of! The gym is clean, the equipment is new and always in working condition! The trainers are so motivating and nice and are always pushing you to give it your all! I always leave drenched in sweat!The members are so nice as well! No one is left to "figure it out" by themselves, everyone is always willing to help you. Joining this gym will be the best decision you make, it is worth every penny!
Best total body workout in the Tri-Valley! Perfect mix of strength and conditioning, high intensity cardio, functional training (medicine ball, jump rope, burpees, etc), and heavy bag kickboxing. The trainers are all great and the members quickly become like an extended family. The program is adjusted every few weeks so you never get bored! The owner, Paul, is super friendly and passionate about getting everyone in the best shape of their life. It's so great getting boxing lessons from a former professional boxer who knows his stuff!
